"Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it."

"Too bad we only stayed one night I would love to stay longer. Comes with complimentary breakfast but dun expect much it's very basic. Dun miss the welcome lemon drink at the lobby very refreshing and great coffee too. "

"Clean business-type hotel in easy walking distance from the train station. Room was clean and surprisingly roomy for Japan. Breakfast featured a number of Japanese specialties as well as Western items. Staff were helpful and kept my luggage for me as I visited Nagoya castle. "
