"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. "Have been staying here whenever I visit Taichung for the past 10+ years. This time, I discovered that they offer really good ginger tea at the check in area and this is one of the best ginger tea that I’ve ever tasted! Room are big and clean that I’ve used to as before, breakfast buffet are still really good. I will continue to stay here in the future!"
