"Was only there for a night and it was a lovely place. Stayed in a private room for 3 and it reminded me of a cute apartment. Friendly staff who were more than willing to help us out. "The place is clean, the bedrooms are spacious, the common rooms are cozy, the showers are high pressure, and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that the house dog situation was, for the time that I was there, a little concerning. They were quite vocal and unfriendly for the most part, apparently because they were in heat. I believe the staff when they say it's not always like that. But overall I greatly enjoyed Guest House Matsu so much that I kept wanting to spend time there...

"Hotel is unmanned with no lobby attendant. Everything is done virtually through a video concierge in the lobby. When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good."
