The only downside is the place is just too far from the subway stations. For travellers with large luggages, it may not be a convenient place. The house is located in a local residential area, so its quiet."

"This is a great property. The home was very clean and modern in the amenities it provided. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, extremely close to the train station (about a 5 minute walk) as well as the famous aquarium(20 minute walk) and Universal Studios. There are also wonderful restaurants nearby. AC functioned great and kept us cool when we returned home from our site seeing. The host was very communicative and helpful. "Location is great. There is a beautiful park on the wall to the local train station, the local station has a Vie De France which is attended by locals, local restaurants cover a variety of small town yiakitori, ramen, Okinawa izakaya. There is also a newly opened restaurant in the park which is of minimalist architecture and high quality food for and special occasions you want to celebrate. This house is great and the location offers a real Osaka local town experience."

"The neighborhood looks industrial as you go in, but then the little streets near the house are filled with charming potted plants. House is perfectly clean, beds comfortable, and rhe shower is great. Location is a 10 minute walk to the train station.stationstationthCastgardens."

"＜良かった点＞ ・安い！コスパいい！ ・すぐ隣に安くていつも空いてる駐車場あり （レンタカー利用の場合、めっちゃ良い！） ・大きいサイズのベッドが4つあり、部屋も分けられていてよかったです。 ＜悪かった点＞ ・ゴキブリ出現！ ・線路と近く、電車が通るたびに、うるさい且つ建物が揺れる ・トイレの水圧が強く、流すときに水が飛ぶ ・階段の角度？が急すぎる、且つ、わけわからない滑り台？？？子供は転んで怪我しそうな、、、 ・周辺の治安が悪い（チンピラグループとかホームレスグループとかが多く、車がないと、外歩くのは怖すぎる）"
