"Great value for the cost. Self check-in was super convenient, and the neighborhood is the best in CDMX in my opinion. Don't expect it to be spotless, the soap ran out during our stay, and a few of the washroom fixtures were loose or broken, but none of this was a big problem for us since the room was pleasant and the price was right. "Todo bastante bien para ser un edifico de su época, lamento que el jabón se terminó y tuve que salir a buscarlo con el encargado del bar vecino. "

"As I get to the place, they told me that they cancelled my reservation and they don't have a room for me. They tried to wash their hands on the case. But as I start to tell them that it was not my fault they agree to get me a room in a place nearby. They send me to am airbnb room. A clean one, but it would not be my choice. Extremely bad experience on this place."

The check in times were not clear and my confirmations gave differing information so I arrived 'after hours' and was not able for some time to know if I had a place to stay for the evening or not.
