"I’ll start with the cons since it’s not much. Pros definitely outweigh the cons. It is a definitely a dated building in general. However, our room had been remodeled. The bed was pretty hard though. Bathroom was tiny. Could not close the door while you are on the toilet. And if you leave the door open you can’t get in the shower. But I can take the small bathroom since it is so many positives. Pools and lazy river are both well kept. Great location and beach access. Kirsten at the tiki bar was delightful and drinks were served quickly and delicious. House keeping is on point. They cleaned our room every day. Leaving us with empty trash cans and plenty of towels and wash clothes, toilet paper, etc. We never had to ask for anything. A/c kept room nice and cool. Very spacious room. Overall we had a great time and plan on staying again next year. "

"Hotel staff were wonderful. Check in was easy. My only concern when I booked was there was only one parking pass with our room and we had two cars but We were able to purchase a second parking pass for $25 a night for our second car and we parked it in the overflow parking lot in front of the hotel so that it would be safe. The pools are awesome. No one brought clean towels or picked up dirty towels from our room… we had to go to the front desk daily to get fresh towels to shower with. Overall it was great and we will definitely stay here again! "
