"My first time in Krakow, picked this spot at the last minute. We wound up driving from Wroclaw. Old building (It's in Old Town) but the unit was nicely upgraded. We had a 2 story loft on the top floor. Very cute. Great location, a block and a half from the main Square. Warning: This is a old building with a old staicase, no elevator. It's a shlep to the top floor especially with heavy luggage! My only complaint is it is not well marked from the street or Google maps! Maps said "You have arrived"...

The main hotel was clean. The staff was 50/50. We had two people during the stay who were super friendly. One of the breakfast attendants and Nataila on the front desk. But the manager Sophya was not friendly and very dismissive. We did call for a couple things during our stay. They took a long time to come...
