"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Showed up to a beautiful room, comfortable bed, and large shower. The check-in desk gave us a map of Old Town Kraków and recommended places to visit, and later scheduled a taxi back to the airport for us. The location is perfect being so close to the square and being on the South side made visiting the Jewish Quarter, the Wawel Royal Castle, and the Smok Wawelski just a short walk away. "The property is very close to Wawel castle and the river. Was very handy to have a fridge and microwave as part of the amenities. Lovely big room with a big walk in shower in the bathroom. Only 10minute walk to town"

"Our stay at this property was flawless, and we will certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow. It's within walking distance to all tourist attractions. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out. "Staff was amazing, always smiling, very polite and always helpful. Hotel was always clean, spacious cosy room, also was greeted with a letter from the manager which was class. Very good location about 10 mins walking distance to the old town. Thank you for your hospitality it was a great experience. "
