"Stayed here previously. Staff are so friendly and helpful, speak good English. I love the breakfast, lots of choice and options. Not too far from the town centre and very close to the bus, train station and main shopping centre. A very reasonably priced, traditional Polish hotel ❤️"

"We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. "Place was so modern and perfect for any length of stay. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a godsend after cold walks around the city! The kitchen had what we needed. The bed was so spacious and insanely comfy. If I had to find a fault it was that we could hear the nearby church at the palace which chimes every 15mins but didn't keep us awake and had to really listen out for it. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish! Showed up to a beautiful room, comfortable bed, and large shower. The check-in desk gave us a map of Old Town Kraków and recommended places to visit, and later scheduled a taxi back to the airport for us. "Our stay at this property was flawless, and we will certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow. It's within walking distance to all tourist attractions. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out. Wiktoria at the front desk went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Truly exceptional hospitality!"

"Staff was amazing, always smiling, very polite and always helpful. Hotel was always clean, spacious cosy room, also was greeted with a letter from the manager which was class.
