"Very nice property with friendly staff. Room has small amount of water damage from shower overflowing. Not their fault, but there is currently noisy construction right outside the room windows."

"The information on Hotels.com that all suites have a river view is incorrect. Our allocation was a view of the car park and a building opposite. The ‘accessible’ room provided had a wet room with excellent view of the toilet from the bed. Possibly provided because of a company event taking over. The smaller room that we were reallocated had excellent views across the river and was very comfortable. When a new river view suite was available, that was excellent, spacious and worth moving again...
