"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Murten with our family. We really appreciated the convenient location, close to the lake and the village. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is large and comfortable, although it could use some update in the furniture. Also tv was not working during our stay. The restaurant is good and has a large choice, but unfortunately it was closed both Sunday and Monday. All in all, we recommend this property and we thank the staff for welcoming us!"

"The first thing we figured out when we got there was that we did not have the right electrical adapters. Management provided us with two and only asked that we turned them back in when we checked out. Who does that nowadays! The desk was helpful and friendly at every turn. The area was great as well. The is a market just doors down from the hotel and you can get almost anything you could need there."

I don’t know if that’s standard, but we enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious! They have a really nice buffet. It’s not cheap, but it was really good. "The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful. The hotel was steps away from the train station which was perfect when dragging around our luggage. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the Old city. I would recommend it."
