"This hotel is located in very convenient location and all the hotel staffs are amazing. Stayed at family room with balcony. Love listening to hourly bells from balcony was quite a memory from the hotel. After we left, we got a message from hotel that they found out lost property and now it’s on its way back to Australian home. "the beds were absolutely amazing, the big fluffy towels were just perfect & the pillows are beautiful - the breakfast room and staff were so lovely and the food choices were so good (gluten free is well and truly catered) we would definitely recommend "
