"I was worried about bringing two toddlers and a golden retriever to a rental, but this house was just the best as it had everything we could think of and loved being literal steps from the beach! I really appreciated the little things that were provided in the home (baby gates, plastic cups/plates etc.) that made it feel like my babies were truly welcomed! The views from the kitchen and living room and the third floor deck were the highlight of our stay! Communication with Katrina and Christine really elevate the whole experience. I can't recommend this house enough!"

"This beach house was huge! There was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The basketball and foosball were great for the boys. We loved that the two queen rooms went out to the hot tub. There are 4 full showers! They also provide shower towels and beach towels. The two washers and dryers were great to keep up with the towels. The top floor is stunning. Beautiful views and desk. The huge table was great for a big family dinner. You can’t beat the location. It’s a short walk to get a coffee, ice cream or dinner. Thanks for an amazing stay! "

"Our family of 6 enjoyed felt welcomed into this home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the closeness to the beach couldn't be beat, and the house was very clean. We settled in for a week of dolphin watching, chilly beach walks, and lots of family dinners and games while gathered around the table. We enjoyed thrifting in Wilmington, touring the Battleship, and Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn. The hot tub was enjoyed most evenings and the decks and furniture were appreciated--we would happily recommend this home to future guests. "

"Super place to stay during the Christmas holiday! Beautiful view of the ocean and had all the amenities one could possibly need.Did have an issue with the heater when we arrived. It was 45 degrees inside and the heater was turned off. We contacted the manager and the owner and we were able to figure out how to reprogram the unit. They were very nice about it and the communication was great. We saved them a repair man trip. The house was super clean and we would love to come back and stay again! "

"We stay at this property the week after Xmas to catch up with teens/adult kids. The 4 bedrooms are perfect and the area is very close to beach access. There is a great area for family games. The TV is big enough for football fans to be happy :) Linens are provided. Beds are very comfortable. Pets are welcome and taking the dogs on the beach is one of my very favorite aspectsThanks to Tom for SAVING us when we locked ourselves out!!!"
