LOCATION!
Located on the quiet and convenient "S" Curve, this beautiful standalone home is in walking distance to everything in the center of town which is less than a mile away. Choose from over 15 eating establishments from upscale eateries for romantic date nights overlooking the beach to snow cones and ice cream with the kiddos on a hot day. The home is second row which is directly across from the beach with 2 beach access points just a few houses down. Watch the ocean crash on the sand with ocean views from the front upper deck or relax in the shade and people watch on the lower front deck; there are tons of walkers, runners and bicyclists that go by.

POOL!
The home has a private fenced in saltwater pool! This is a Blue Hawaiian brand Bayshore model holding 9.5K gallons of water; so get the whole family in the pool at the same time. Ever been to a house that says they have a pool only to discover their "pool" seems like a small hole in the ground; yeah - our pool is not that! A huge enclosed outdoor shower is located right by the pool so rinsing off the sand from the beach is super simple. Opened April 1st - Oct 21st

OUTDOOR LIVING!
There are 2 large decks on the front ocean side of the home. From the upper you can watch the ocean crash on the sand and from the lower you can relax in the shade.
The back side of the home offers a back upper deck with endless sunset and sounds views. The back deck is above the pool in the back yard so you can still be a part of the pool crowd without going to the pool. All decks and the pool area have tons of furniture. Ever been to a beach place with hardly any furniture to hang out on? Yeah - it's not cool. Our place has high quality HDPE furniture made from recycled plastic on all 3 decks and by the pool. Choose from chaise lounge chairs to lay by the pool, cozy Adirondack chairs or high counter top style tables and chairs that allow an unobstructed view of the ocean!

SERENITY INSIDE - FULLY FURNISHED
The top floor features an open concept, beautifully furnished living, dining and kitchen area along with the tranquil master bedroom suite with a King size bed with a large private bath with shower and soaking tub. Half bath is also on the top floor and amazing ocean views are included! The kitchen is also fully furnished (coffee maker, Keurig single, toaster, blender, all cookware, etc.). On the first floor are four generous bedrooms with two full bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms have Queen beds with Ocean views and your own sliding glass door to go onto the deck and the back bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over double and twin over twin). TV/DVD/Roku Stick and Cable are in all the bedrooms. Washer/Dryer are conveniently located on first floor also.

A great family weekend
Stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate a family member's birthday! It was perfect for our smaller families to convene at from Raleigh and Wilmington! The rooms are set up nicely, the pool was an added bonus, and proximity to the beach and restaurants were great too! Definitely would recommend staying here and we will likely come back!!

Family Baptism with beach house vacay
The property was clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Our family lives in Hampstead so it was a quick drive to their house for the festivities yet still at the beach. The kids loved the private pool. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful home in a great location.
I stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my mother’s 75th birthday with my two sisters and their families. There was plenty of room to accommodate everyone and the house was well stocked and very clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in Surf City.

Kitchen stocked well … crockpot & griddle (for those vacation pancakes). House is very clean. Vacuum cleaner is easy assessable to guest to clean up that extra sand. Not only can you see The ocean from the deck, you can hear it. Bikes available for riding into town. This was our 2nd stay at this property. Host responds immediately.

Family Fun!
We spent Thanksgiving at this home away from home. We had a great time - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, tons of outdoor space and the best location! Easy beach access and everything you could need (grocery store, coffee, restaurants) all nearby. Both the home and the beach are pet friendly! We’ll have to come back when it’s warmer to take advantage of the pool!

Great Home Great Host
My wife, son and I spent a long weekend in this rental home. Not only was the property perfect for our needs, but I would recommend the home to anyone looking for a vacation home on Topsail Island. Great Stay

De Lime and De Coconut was a great place and property manager was very helpful and quck to respond. The ignitor on the grill may need to be looked at. Plenty of outside seatig and kitchen was well stocked. Thank you!

Best rental I've ever stayed at
Beach rentals always disappoint me in some way, but not this one. This one was just perfect! The owners take great care of this property - it's clean, spacious, and comfortable (which is a rare gem)! We were so happy with this rental, we wish we could buy it and live there! John was great to deal with and everything in the house was exactly as described. He provides great detail upon booking and everything was just as expected!

Wonderful and Spacious
We had the best time staying at this house and John was such a fantastic and responsive host. This was so close that most of the time we rode bikes in to town, and an easy walk to the beach. We had a low country boil one night and had all the cooking utensils we needed. Although the pool wasn’t open we enjoying hanging around the back areas as the beach was really windy some days. Plenty of beds and bath for all our family and friends that were very spacious and tons of deck space! Truly a gem sitting out on the porch and drinking coffee and enjoying the beach views.

Wonderful Beach Rental!
We had an amazing stay at de Lime in de Coconut Beach House! The house was perfect with a beach access a half block away in either direction, close enough to the pier to walk but far enough for the beaches to never be too crowded. The pool area and multiple decks were an added bonus that we all enjoyed...especially the teens and toddlers! The listing was just as described with thoughtful amenities, a stocked kitchen and plenty of bathrooms and beds. The owner was easy to communicate with from start to finish...we had no issues at all, but no doubt they would have taken care of things if we had! Thank you Bailey's for a wonderful week of memories ☺️

Absolutely perfect!
We have stayed in many beach houses over the years, and this one was far and away the best! We’ve developed a long list of requirements over the years: large hot & cold outdoor shower, great deck furniture on tall legs so you can see over railings, a covered deck for getting out of the sun, king sized master bed, comfy couches for evening movies, being off the busy road for biking & running, pet friendly so our doodle can come along, etc. This house had it ALL, and a pool which was just the icing on the cake. We were extra grateful for the pool because this was our first trip to Tospail in September and there were a couple of days with riptide warnings, which we’ve never encountered in June. So we’d walk the beach and swim in the pool - perfect! The backyard’s landscaping is amazing, and there was always a place to either be in the sun & tan or to be in the shade and watch the kids. The beds were comfy & the provided linens were so helpful. We definitely plan to return to this lovely house in the future!

Perfect Family Gathering
What a great house for our family of ten! The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for us. And I was pleased that the four bedrooms for the adults all had ocean views and walk-out access to a deck or porch, while the kids bunk room did not (smart and safe). The pool is magical and super clean. We spent a lot of time just relaxing around the pool. My little grandkids loved watching the butterflies in the flowers around the pool’s landscaping. And the beach was simply gorgeous. Kudos to John for being very helpful when I needed him and for being a great communicator. The whole family commented on what a great place this is and all said that they would like to come back! We’ve stayed in several other houses up in North Topsail, but this Surf City house is closer to everything. Loved our stay!
