3BR/2BA Bright Beach Home w/NEW MATTRESSES sleeps 6 & can fit 4 vehicles! Peek-a-boo ocean view from LARGE 2nd level back deck with beautiful open front marsh view from second level porch!
Short walk to BEACH ACCESS and close to your favorite Surf City day or nightlife activities, rentals and restaurants.
Fully furnished with all you need in the kitchen, linens, and towels. Lower storage includes two bikes, several boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, kids beach toys, folding wagon and more!
PET RULES: 1. Two pets (only dogs or cats) are permitted so long as each is 50 lbs or
less.
2. These dogs or cats must be housebroken, flea-free, and 1 year or older.
3. Please pick up after your pet when it/they go to the bathroom outside.
4. No pets on the couch or beds.
5. Pets must be crated if left unattended at the property.
6. If any furniture, or the property in general, is damaged, guests will be
charged accordingly with an invoice from a repairman.
7. We want you and your pets to have the best stay! :)
Lastly, the outdoor shower is winterized (unusable) from November to March.

Wonderful vacation
We immensely enjoyed our stay. The house is close to the beach and near many local restaurants. Daily walks on the beach are beautiful. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog and teens. Would definitely stay again!

Family Beach Vacation
House was in a great area and close to many restaurants and shops. Property was very clean and was so awesome that sheets and towels were included. The beach access was close to property too which made it an easy walk even with chairs and beach bag. We will definitely rent this house again 😁😎

We had a great time! The location was perfect and close to the beach as well as a short drive to shopping and food. The large front porch was perfect for the rain as well as under the house where my kids could still play without getting wet. Would recommend and hope to return in the future!

Charming cottage
The rental had all the extras you don’t want to have to pack or buy for a short stay. Both decks were lovely to relax on in the afternoon/evening. Great location with a short, easy walk to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful beach house with close beach access!!
This beach house was a great house for our family vacation with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. But best of all, it was less than a 5 min walk to the beach. It was so nice to just go up to the beach for a couple hours and then come home for lunch or to just chill and then head back for some later beach time. Surf City was a cute town with great shops, local fish markets, and plenty to do and eat. We will definitely be back!!

This was a fabulous rental! It’s a pet-friendly place and yet the place was spotlessly clean. We loved the outdoor shower with the hot water! The managers checked in and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely book again!

Perfect place for a family
Very clean cottage in a great location close to the beach. While it is not “fancy” it does check all the boxes for us- clean, comfortable, and special touches such as nightlights, plenty of fluffy towels, great porches with seating and views, and lots of extra items available for use at the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful beach house
We had a great stay! The house was clean and had all that we needed. The walk to the beach was even shorter than I anticipated. The rear deck was perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and the kids loved playing in the shade under the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and tidy with plenty of amenities. Beach access was just a block away, and the outdoor shower was definitely helpful to rinse off sand from our feet and chairs. The front and rear porches were also great and gave us options to get out of the sun but still enjoy the outdoors.

Weekend Getaway
We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to beach and not far from pier. Spot festival was going on along with a fishing tournament so house was in perfect spot away from all the activities. Need to change out couch and add TV’s to rooms. But overall a great place to stay at.

Great Location!
If you're looking for an almost beachfront weekend getaway, this is a great place to stay. The beach with a non-crowded public access is just a short walk away. The house is well-equipped and perfect for trip to Topsail. The only hair in the soup are the mattresses which were a bit too soft to our liking - but the owner plans to switch these during the winter break. With new ones in place this is a clear 5 star recommendation.

Great for a relaxing family trip
We enjoyed our stay! The property is a very short walk to the beach. There are beautiful views of the sunset from the covered porch. The hosts were very nice and responded immediately to my many questions. I was concerned about it being so close to the main street and it being loud at night, but it was very quiet at night. Our only complaint was that the beds and couch were uncomfortable. Other than that it was great!
