Wonderful property
We had an awesome stay. The property was ideally located and the communication was flawless. Very well appointed for home cooking if that's important to others and made it really easy with our 5 and 7 year old. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't operational during our trip, but they had a tech there within an hour to try to get it running (bad part that had to be ordered). Highly recommend to others and I am sure we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surf City. The house was right on the ocean. The weather was a bit rainy and cold a few of our days but we just enjoyed the great beach house even more.

Couldn’t ask for a better beachfront house! Tons of room for a large family, and a large outdoor space for entertaining. Literally in the sand just a few steps down. We loved our stay!

Fantastic Beach House
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again. Everything was spotless and the location was just a few steps from the beach. The owner recently upfitted the property and there are plenty of beach chairs and toys for everyone to use. Will definitely rent this place again!

The oceanfront location cannot be beat. The bulk of the interior has been refurbished and the owners put a lot of thoguht into stocking the home for guests (ex. Kcups, spices, shampoo, plenty of beach towels, etc.). We will visit again!
