"We did not stay at this location during March 14-16th . The host called us on Friday the day of our check in & said there was a plumbing issue & we could not use the place . It was a huge inconvenience to try & find another hotel at the last minute .We were invited to book a property by the host in a completely different area at an extra 100 fee so my family all thought we had been scammed . "

"Guest house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in good proximity to Santa Monica activities (beach, pier, etc). Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. Wonderful location 1 block from Palisade Park, the bed was so comfy and easy to sleep on, and the included parking made coming and going a breeze.
