"Great location. The whole ‘laid back’ approach is actually a bit annoying when you want to check in; find an umbrella; talk to someone. And they put a ‘cute’ sign on the desk saying ‘gone surfing back soon’. Seriously the rates you’re charging you need to up the service level!"

"Started here for my wife’s 60th birthday. Every single element was perfect! We have traveled to more than 60 countries over the last 40 years and this hotel ranks in the best 5 stays ever. Get a hotel room with access to the lounge (phenomenal) and MUST have dinner at the hotel, just magical!"

"Four Seasons Sydney was very good place to stay and I am totally satisfied with the hotel. Although the room is slightly outdated, it is clean and well arranged. The housekeeping service is absolutely wonderful and the general service is very nice. The location is good to visit major places in Sydney and very nice to walk around with children. I would definitely com back. "
