"Friendly and helpful staff! Appreciate the water dispenser to reduce plastic use (bottled water). However, my room is stuffy, air-con seemed not functioning well as temperature never reach what we set, shower room is slippery and bed lights not working. "

"As with most hotels, they start out amazing then taper off from that. The Mecure Padang is starting to show its age however still asking the premium price point, up against much newer/better hotels around the same price. Still one of the nicer hotels around. "
