"Dans un premier temps la réception n'a pas trouvé notre réservation, puis nous a informé qu'il ne restait plus de chambre supérieure et n'avait pas vu que nous avions reservé 2 chambres..... Notre salle de bain n'avait pas de lavabo, une vitre donnait sur le couloir allumé toute la nuit, l' établissement était très bruyant la vitre de la fenêtre était cassée ett il n'y a mas de WI FI accessible dans les chambres."

"This is new hotel. Started on December 2019 and my stay on 10-15 February 2020. I like the room. Big enough. No comment about cleanness because everything is new. Dont expect mineral water on the plastic bottle, they put it on water pot. I dont taste the food for breakfast, because i think Bengkulu's traditional breakfast is better. For sure, based on menu on the room, room service food is very very expensive, even more expensive than hotel in Jakarta. The most i hate is the entrace, lobby...

"I found the Hotel quite good , clean enough, staff tries to be helpful and very friendly but sometimes it is hard to communicate (some staff speak good enough English).The aircon was super quiet and worked well, shower was great and TV had some English Chanels for News,et. But I did not find the room as nice as in the pictures (older looking) but staff let us move rooms no problem.as i said they do try to accommodate. I found it quiet and relaxing. "Room is clean, hotel staff is polite and friendly. However the hotel has super lousy wifi. Non existent for the whole duration of our stay there. Given feedback that 1 lightbulb inside the cabinet was faulty from day 1. Never got it fixed until the last day we were there. There’s fridge inside the room. Not really cold but at least has one in there. "
