"Was hesitant when we drove in parking lot because the outside of hotel looked kinda shabby. But went to check in and lobby was great and got to our room and it was brand new everything. They have done a complete remodel from the looks of everything. Quiet room. Friendly staff. Would stay again"

"So. much. yikes. I'm so disappointed. For starters, he has noise sensors within the home and motion sensors. I would not be surprised if he had cameras in the home, too. He has two cameras just for the location we were at, which initially made me feel safe. However, I get the feeling he It also made me wonder who would be renting nearby for you to have to enforce rules like this. It gave me a bad feeling before I arrived, and maybe that is something for you to consider. We just needed a place to rest our heads after exploring the city I grew up in, and I felt like I could not fully enjoy it because I was concerned I would potentially be doing something wrong and get an unexpected additional charge for it. The fact that we were instructed to minimize noise/sound made me uncomfortable, not because we are loud, but just because of the fact of me knowing you had a sound monitor/or sensor within the place we were staying. You mentioning within the rules and regulations that it would notify you if it got too loud just felt intrusive. I also know the type of person I am and realize not everyone is a good renter like myself, but all of the sensors and cameras felt very inv"

"Nice funky place. It’s on a busy street and a little less pedestrian friendly than I was expecting. You can walk places but you are crossing rather big roads with lots a traffic. There’s some cafes nearby and a nice park within walking distance. "

"This hotel was clean, well maintained and near some shopping areas. The entrance is difficult to find and not easy to get out of. The staff were awesome. The breakfast was good and serviced quickly. I will stay here again."

"We had a great experience, check in process was straightforward and easy! it felt cozy, clean, and everything we needed was there. It was very nice of them to fill up a brita with water for us, and provide snacks as well. Shampoo and conditioner was provided and it was nice that they had a hairdryer as well. Overall we couldn’t recommend this place more.We love Sugarhouse and will be back!"
