There were blood stains on hide-a-bed mattress. Had to ask for sheets, blanket. No silverware or dishes in room. Also - We have chemical sensitivity issues as well as mold issues (CIRS) and we were all getting symptoms in the room.

This was a booking for my coworkers. I have stayed here in the past and it was fine. It's in the north end of the Sugar House neighborhood so it's a little bit of a walk to get to the modern part of Sugar House. It's not a terrible option and it's usually priced reasonably.

Very friendly staff. Property was very clean and convenient. Beds were very comfortable. Prices were very affordable. Would definitely stay here again
