"We had to make a family emergency trip. In all the chaos the wr9ng dates were booked. They helped us, gave us a medical discount (primary children's hospital family emergency). The staff was kind, understanding and made a rough day end a lot calmer. Thank you !!"

"Always a nice stay"

"The room we stayed in at a full size fridge and a mini stove to make food. The dishwasher was full size but no detergent provided (we had some from the previous hotel). If you need a blow dryer, you need to sign out one from the front desk which we found a bit odd. The hallways smelled funny but tolerable. The room was nice that it had a L-shape desk. Beds were OK. No breakfast. Overall a decent place to stay"

"The heater/AC was loud and the refrigerator made a lot of noise. The shower was very finicky—either cold or hot and hard to find anything in between. "

"This is my second stay at Crystal. It's a fantastic budget option for a ski trip to SLC. They are conveniently located to the cottonwood ski areas. The hotel is no frills, but affordable. Their breakfast is actually good for a free breakfast and the breakfast options change daily, which I appreciated for a longer stay. They have a lot of skiers onsite usually (they post snow totals in the lobby) which makes for a fun vibe at breakfast or at the hot tub. It's become our go to place for a guy's...
