*This home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2014. All flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, appliances...everything...was replaced to give you the most comfortable experience possible.

*Sugarhouse. If you know Salt Lake, you know that this is the hottest, most centrally located neighborhood in the valley. Walking distance to great restaurants, a half-mile to the freeway, 15 min to the SLC airport, 10 min to downtown or the University of Utah, and your favorite ski resort is less than 30 minute away.

*Space. Many homes say they sleep 12 people but they are 2/3 bedrooms, meaning people are sleeping in every nook of the house. This home is 4 bedrooms with two large living areas and a gorgeous kitchen. In this home you'll have plenty of space during the day, while the West Elm decorated bedrooms will be warm and inviting at night.

*Personal touch. We have both spent our careers in the hotel industry and we know what makes a great overnight experience. We are NOT a vacation rental management company, trying to juggle hundreds of visitors per night. Read the reviews - one of the things our guests comment on most is the high level of personalized attention they get before and during their stay. The property was very nice and clean. Loved having the split floor plan of two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. Very spacious, and great location! Beautiful Park directly across the street, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The house was clean and the perfect size. downsides: the street was under heavy construction so was hard to get in and out, the front/back lawns weren’t mowed, our truck had difficulty getting up the narrow drive (bushes should’ve been trimmed, a huge load of linens was left in the dryer. Otherwise, great place and I’d rent again after street construction is complete.

This place was perfect! My son lives nearby, so the location was great. This house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals there. There’s a park across the street to walk in, coffee and ice cream and restaurants at a walkable distance. We had a great time and will stay again!

Unbeatable access to all the Utah resorts. Great resturaunts within walking distance. One of the best parks in SLC is across the street. Clean, efficient, and comfortable home was a perfect Christmas for our family of 7 adults.

Nice clean home
We stayed at the sugar house while passing through. Very clean with ample space. Park across the street is really nice but you'd have to cross a busy street to get there. Would stay again.

This is a very well appointed home with all the essentials stocked, nice linens, hand soaps and sufficient cookware and basics for your dining in needs The home accommodates four couples comfortably with ample space and seating . It is across a busy street from a nice walking park and has good freeway access. The parking can be a challenge.

Family 2023 Christmas Vacation
Enjoyed a fun week with my family! The house was very spacious. Loved having the sitting areas on the both the first floor and the lower level. Both were great spaces to gather, play games and watch TV. The kitchen was well stocked and the open concept made cooking and entertaining very easy. Will definitely come back again. 😁

Perfect for a family
We were in Salt Lake City for my sons wedding. This place was perfect for our family. It is an older home, but has been totally redone. It is beautiful. We were able to rest comfortably, get ready for the wedding and keep the children entertained during the in between times. We cooked a couple of meals and there was everything that I reached for. The parking was also very convenient. Good neighborhood. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

SPOTLESS!
We were in the Sugar House area for a wedding and this worked perfect for us. We loved gmhav8ng the park across the street and being able to easily walk each morning for coffee but best of slll, this prpperty was SO Clean! My experienxed "vrbo-renting" daughter-in-laws said it was the cleanest house they had ever stayed in! Emily was quick to respond to my questions prior to our stay and the check- in process was easy. Our only recommendation would be to add a mirror to the other bedroom upstairs (very minor!) We would definitely stay again!!! THANK YOU!

Clean, well appointed, but busy street
Very clean, cutely decorated, but had a few maintenance issues, great location near shops & restaurants. It is on a busy street, bedrooms are tucked in back and down in the basement, so street noise was not really an issue. The busy street could be an issue if you had small children, however. The park across the street is beautiful and a nice place to walk/run. We had seven adults in this house and there was plenty of room for all of us to cook and hang out.
