"I had accidentally booked the reservation under only myself, when in actuality, I was staying with my two kids and husband as well. The Receptionist handled it very well (despite the language barrier) and she made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, very walkable and the view is beautiful. Beds were really comfortable. Nothing bad to say! "

Words cannot describe the private open air bath which we used as much as possible. We had dinner and breakfast included - these meals may be challenging for western tastes but if you're feeling adventurous, go for it! Unfortunately the public bath was closed when we visited so I cannot comment on this."

"Great staff: we reached very late at night. The manager was kind enough to extend our onsen reservation for half hour without us asking. He stayed well past the midnight to make sure our onsen experience is complete! We are so grateful to him. Moreover, the facility is much nicer than we expected: Large lobby and living facilities, great decor and the private onsen is out of this world!"

"Absolutely adored this property, highly recommend booking a Mountain View room. There is also a shuttle to take you to areas you want to be in which is nice. Very clean, enjoyed the onsen as well! A great place to take a break from the bustling city. "
