"Good place to stay with a convenient location! Did not spend much time in the room, mostly just here to sleep and clean up. I liked the lofted bed set up, as that left plenty of floor space to open up my luggage. Beware there is no elevator, only a set of very steep and narrow stairs, so large luggage is difficult to carry up. Overall, would stay here again!"

"Space is tight, so it's hard to keep clear. (1Near to train station. Hardly any cars, however floors are too thin, can hear upstairs guest moving luggage. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by 24hr convenient stores and 3 supermarkets. Quite a bit dining options although they are far apart."

"Very quiet neighbourhood with easy access to trains and supermarkets. We stayed with our teenagers and had everything we needed. Host gave great instructions on how to find the house and English was great. Thank you Kevin!"

"This is not the property you will inhabit if you book this place. This owner has multiple properties and this one, I believe, does not even exist. Past renters have been robbed like we were. "The space and 2 bathrooms were exactly what we needed. However, there were no amenities provided such as coffee, tea, sugar, cream or cookies etc. we arrrived late in the evening so not having to go anywhere the next morning for coffee would’ve been nice. I paid way too much for this property and expected more for that price range. I can’t recommend only if you’re looking for space and nothing else."

"The place is big and priced well for it's size. It's also within reasonable walking distance from ikebukuru station. But, it was not clean when we arrived and the cleaners arrived only at 8PM. The shower smells strongly of mold and if you leave the shower door open, you can smell it in the entire house. One of the beds is broken and the sofa chair is also broken (bent out of shape leg). Old thin towels, and in general a feeling the place is minimally maintained. It's ok if you need a big place...

"We are a family of 4 (two adults, one teenager, one child) and stayed at the unit for about a week. The location is outstanding: Otsuka is a nice and quiet neighbourhood, with a convenience store right at the corner, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and less than 10mn walk from the JR station. The unit itself is clean and is equipped with everything you'll need, but it's tiny, even for Tokyo standard, no thanks to the two beds in the living area. If you don't need to access your luggages...

"This is our second stay at this hotel. For our family of four, this hotel is ideal. There is a kitchenette and washer/dryer which allows us to pack lightly since laundry can be done and utilize nearby grocery stores and convenience stores for easy meals. The location is excellent too. "

"I only with one night with his hotel. This hotel is in studio / condo style. There are a small kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Thus, it is easy to do laundry or small cooking for family or travelers staying in longer term. The hotel is near Asakusa where Senso-ji is located. It is not suitable for people who seeks night life. It's quiet around the area at night."

"Great price for the location! Close to Tokyo Station and everything. Close to subway station and the TR station. Very quiet. Unbelievable for that location! Friendly staff except some junior staff’s English level should be improved. Overall very good experience!"

Easiest Part of Our Stay in Tokyo

"Read many reviews for many hotels in Tokyo and decided on Keio Plaza Hotel. Best decision ever! The hotel was beautiful, had lots to offer, and was centrally located to all the things we did in Tokyo. We had a room in the Premier Main Tower and a room in the South Tower. The main tower is newer or newly remodeled. The main tower is the way to go. The staff was amazing. Always cheerful and helpful. My husband forgot a piece of his CPAP machine and the concierge desk was wonderful in helping us get the piece locally. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Tokyo, this is where I will stay."

"Great hotel. Loved the Godzilla theme. Everything was well-presented. The single room was very small, which is fine, but be prepared for how little it is. It was also a little confusing figuring out how to get to the hotel, as its entrance is behind the building it's part of."
