"Very friendly staff and superb breakfast buffet"

"When I arrived, late in the evening, I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. They quickly amended that, but gave me a room that had windows that did not close completely. Unfortunately, it was noisy and I did not sleep well. I probably should’ve requested another room facing the interior courtyard. I highly recommend doing that. Other than that, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is beautiful, and the restaurant is lovely."

"You get what you pay for. Correct. Bedsheets were a little stained and general cleanliness wasn't the best. Had to pay for an "Insurance" which I didn't know about and wasn't really explained, but was only 6000COP. The area looks safe and has many food places around."
