I wait from 9am until 3:30pm for check-in. Asked for earlier check in not possible but noticed the rudeness and careless treatment. Other got room before us, even if they came after. The room was noisy called front desk twice. Not a good experience. Not Marriott standards

I was scheduled to stay for only a layover while i was awaiting another flight. I tried to check in and the check in counter was not friendly, downright rude. I checked in and ordered room service, the food that was delivered to my room was cold and def undercooked. Additionally, there was someone who tried to enter my room in the middle of the night and had a keycard that worked to my room. Luckily I locked the door and screamed as soon as they tried. This is not acceptable in any format. I notified the staff of this, the next morning (had a flight three hours after the incident) and they just shrugged it off as nothing we can do about it. AWFUL!!!!
