Delicious and healthy buffet breakfast. Safe, clean and well located. I enjoyed the gym and Spa. The staff very friendly, kind and attentive. I didnt like my bedroom for this reason: when my neighbors opened the door it was very noisy.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm, professional, and incredibly helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their hospitality truly made a difference and set the tone for a wonderful experience. The hotel's facilities are top-notch—the pool and gym are excellent, well-maintained, and provide a great way to unwind after a busy day. The on-site restaurants offer a fantastic selection of dishes, with delicious food and impeccable service. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a delight. Overall, the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding service, exceptional amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay truly memorable.
