A nice, clean, space, well-provisioned (except for lacking washcloths, imperative when one has chosen an overhead shower.) Other than that, an excellent stay all around!

The staff are efficient and manages the property well. We enjoyed their breakfast. I loved chatting with Isidro who served us breakfast. The neighborhood is safe but far from the most of main attractions including La Candelaria. During the weekdays at night, there are some noises from the nearby parking lot. During the weekend starting Friday, there are terrible music played outside till approximately 1 a.m. I hope the hotel put some efforts to curb these music from nearby vendors.

The whole experience was excellent. Andriana, Jeisson and the team helped a lot, especially when we arrived earlier. They did their best to have our room ready so that we can rest a bit . The breakfast is delicious. :)

We enjoyed our stay at this aparthotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and furniture. Full kitchen if you need it but there are so many excellent restaurants right outside the door. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service. Treated my family and I with the utmost respect. Jefferson and Alejandro are solid individuals. This place was extremely nice, in a very nice area near everything. Breakfast was buffet style with many varieties. We wished we stayed longer.

The hotel is very cosmopolitan and I wish I could keep it my own little secret. However, that’s not realistIc and rather selfish. This hotel deserves recognition, because it rates just as high as any luxury hotel in San Francisco, California. I love this hotel and highly recommend it.

great stay in Bogota
i was there with my three sisters celebrating a 50th birthday. the suite had two separate rooms each with a separate bathroom and there was a guest bathroom. it was spacious and great view. the staff was very attentive and the restaurant has a great menu. We stayed in the restaurant our first night enjoying great meal and cocktails while we listened to a live band.
