"This property is all it's said to be. It's a Hostal/Hostel that serves the local population as well as travelers. The beds are comfortable and the common areas are good. "The location is perfect for people who want to be close to restaurants, nightlife and some of the city's biggest tourist attractions (Museo de Oro in particular). On the downside, the mattress was hard and My room (a prívate one with a prívate bath) was in an área next to the comunal áreas so there was some noise but nothing terrible and so I didn't request a change."

"The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff."

"The staff are efficient and manages the property well. We enjoyed their breakfast. I loved chatting with Isidro who served us breakfast. The neighborhood is safe but far from the most of main attractions including La Candelaria. During the weekdays at night, there are some noises from the nearby parking lot. During the weekend starting Friday, there are terrible music played outside till approximately 1 a.m. I hope the hotel put some efforts to curb these music from nearby vendors. "
