"The property was clean and well maintained. The room was nice and specious. The location was great because it was in the perimeter of Gurnee Mall with lots of shopping and dining options and dining. "

" The hotel lighting in the common areas was super dark. Which made it dungeon like to me. It’s not a place I would stay long term but had a really early flight and was good for the night. But the hotel staff were very personable. I enjoyed the conversation I had with the shuttle staff. "

I had a reservation for a 3:00 PM check-in, but when I inquired about an early check-in, the front desk lady was more than happy to accommodate me.
