The free breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a quiet A/C unit, comfortable bed with lots of quality pillows and nice towels. There was a nicely outfitted little workout room and indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. I wasn't out of the airport until 1 AM upon my arrival to MKE and the hotel shuttle was there within 10 minutes of me calling the front desk. Just minutes from the airport. Convenient location for travelers. I would stay here again.

Didn't call and ask for anything and had 2 knocks on the door and they tried to enter. Good thing I had the extra lock hinged or they would have just walked in. Makes me wonder if they just come in thinking your not there and want to snoop thru your things. They should also try moping the floors once in a while. Bottom of our feet were black. But then again the floors in the hallway they did mop weren't any better.

There were stains all over the bedsheets and when we went to complain, they gave us new bedding to change ourselves. The blanket was too small too. Overall updates need to be made to the room as they just look very worn and not kept up with. Could not smell chlorine from the pool so didn’t even attempt to go in.

Kids left alone in the pool area. 2 out of 5 were not even wearing clothing. My card was charged over 400 dollars and i was only staying 2 nights. Front desk didn't tell me what amount an authorization would be. I checked out a day early due to a moldy sippy cup found next to the bed and the oool water was brown

Alice at the front desk was very polite and accomodating. The hotel itself could use a good run through on maintenance(rhe 1st floor heaters don't seem to work, looks a bit dated, paint peeling, stains) and a deep clean(walls, carpets, doors/doorhandles. High traffic areas) but its a decent hotel with a heated pool and a hot tub. The top jets (for your back) don't work but the ones in the bottom(by your feet) do. Tons of restaurants nearby, very close to the freeway (94). Would stay again.

hot tub was broke, the bed was very lumpy, no matter what you did to the heater it would run for 15 min, Then turn off for 15 min. every time it turned on it woke me up, I even tried to turn it off, that didn't work either. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but checked out after one.
