"The hotel was very nice! It was situated in the middle of everything in the town. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds, a large flat screen tv, coffee maker, mini fridge, and of course, a bathroom and closet. The hotel offered a free breakfast and a pool to. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Short story: that first morning we were there, the car would not crank due to an old battery and 20 degree temperatures. A gentleman at the hotel; I think his name was Tim; ran into us outside and saw that we were having trouble. He stayed and offered a helping hand. He tried his own personal jump box to no avail. Then he got his own vehicle and got the car boosted off so we could get it to the auto store across the street. So a very big Thank You to him!! There are still people out there that are willing to help you in anyway. All in all; if I had to choose a place to stay, I'd definitely be going back to The Hampton Inn of Mount Airy!"
