"Four sisters from Montana, Houston, Atlanta and Floyd - and we enjoyed a long weekend with the leaves changing, fun in Floyd and driving the Blue Ridge Pkwy! The property was gorgeous and we had had plenty of room! The sunrises in the back were picture perfect- the kitchen was well outfitted, spotless! We hope to return! "

"This was a lovely little stay for us. We were traveling with our dog, so we needed somewhere to accommodate us. I would say this place is a bit more pet tolerant than pet friendly, but we were able to make it work. It was clean, efficient, and cute to boot. As others said, the stairs are a bit steeper than expected, but not unmanageable. "

"Enjoyed our stay, smell of sulfur in the water, however bottled water was furnished for drinking and tooth washing. Mattresses could be improved. Relaxing beautiful home in perfect location. We would stay again. "

"Lori and David were amazing hosts! They were super friendly and had a really nice place! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. They had a keurig with coffee and even brought fresh eggs from their free range chickens. The porch was an absolutely amazing place to sit and relax whether at night or early morning. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking at this place. "

"We were fortunate to have stayed at this amazing lication during New Years. We took our 4 wheel toys and enjoyed the trails, my husband ejoyed hunting and their was a lot of time for true family time playing games story telling by the fie pit, many hiking trails to explore. The home is well equipt and very cozy."

"Giggling Creek Cottage is exactly what you see and read. Directions for arrival were on point and the cottage and property is very well lit in this beautiful rural area. Our check in and all communication was seem less with zero issues. This home away from home had everything you needed and could want and made our stay that much better. The property was so nice and we did take a hike through the woods and pasture and enjoyed the perfect weather we had. So if you’re looking for a private piece...

"If you can find a better place to stay, I’d like to know! In this rural are between two cities, the scenery is beautiful. The small house has all amenities, and every kitchen utensil you need and more. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We couldn’t ask for anything more. "

"The Springhouse was very clean and had nice amenities. We really enjoyed the beauty of the property (amazing stars on clear nights) and although we did not utilize the studio, that was also very nice and updated. We will definitely stay again (and recommend to others) if we are in the area. "

"We picked this property because it is close to our family’s Thanksgiving celebration and it is pet friendly. It was comfy, warm, and exactly as shown on the VRBO app. I did bring some of my own kitchen tools, but found the place well set up and I was able to easily prep for the dishes I bring. Definitely would stay here again!"

"great place for a quiet, peaceful, SCENIC, commune with nature, type get a way. There are things to do close by, winery, hiking, just off Blueridge Parkway scenic drive, downtown Floyd (approx 8 mi drive if I recall correctly). Fresh OJ and milk in frig and firewood where a nice touch"
