"This is an older property, starting in the 1950's as a Holiday Inn. It's a little outdated but for the price it was OK. I just needed a clean bed and bath for the night, and that's what I found. I did not stay on the property except to sleep. It was quiet and I felt safe, considering the neighborhood. I probably would not choose this facility again."

"Cheap motel , no breakfast. Room smelled a bit but bedding was surprisingly nice. So we're all the cats outside. Have gotten a little particular in my years of travel so wouldn't recommend this place unless you just need a place to sleep while driving the Blue Ridge parkway"

"As usual Holly Hill Cabin did not disappoint! Spotless, well-stocked (complete with a birthday cake from owner Kim and Randy), beautiful grounds and landscaping, adorable donkeys, goats, ducks and very entertaining Guinea hens. Enjoyed hiking at Stone Mountain State Park and Pilot Mountain and shopping and strolling around Mt. Airy. I highly recommend a stay at Holly Hill, and if you need an additional bedroom and bath, they have another beautiful unit available on the property. Already...
