The only drawback to this property is the roads in the immediate neighborhood are very rough, but I would rather have that than be located on a busy/loud street. This property is centrally located to Canton, Palestine, and Tyler which suited us perfectly. I would stay here again. "

"We had a family of 11, ages 7 to 70, stay here for the weekend. We had a great time. Outdoor space was amazing for the perfect temperatures we had. We sat on the top deck a lot and enjoyed the views, fished, grilled, and played games. Only issue was the internet. Couldn't get it to connect which was probably only temporary and I'm sure is pretty common on the lake but no big deal. Host was great and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. "We loved the house. We chose it for the outdoor amenities but when our trip rolled around, there were storms in the area so we didn't get to take advantage of that. We had an opportunity to grill on Saturday evening but the grill had not been cleaned so we cooked inside. The house had plenty of room for the 4 of us and I loved that each of the ladies had their own room with a comfy bed. Were a little disappointed that there were only 2 bedrooms with TVs when the ad said all bedrooms had TVs....
