From the outside the place looks horrible in total need of repair, the inside which is obviously more important was not too bad except for the fact that there were dead bugs on the floor and when I mentioned it to the office person she said “ it’s Texas what do you expect, every hotel has bugs “ well that response really pissed me off so naturally I want everyone to know!

Great place to stay if you need a clean restroom and bed. Will not be my last time here. Only "negative" I would have is the bed needed a comforter. Had a Summer comforter, but AC blowing...would have slept better with a reg comforter.

The staff was nice but the property was terrible, got our key, walked into the room and walked back out!!! A couple of dead bugs on the floor, sheets on bed looked like they hadn't been changed after previous guest! We turned in the key and left. The place was run down, dirty and the room next to us had a group of men that were hanging outside the room and making offensive sexual comments when they thought we wouldn't understand the language. Didn't feel safe staying there, very disgusted.

I was curious how it would be, but pleasantly surprised. Yeah it little older but could not ask for better place to stay. Had more business in town so booked another night. Great staff too. Will be back every time we need a hotel.

Best budget hotel!
Best budget hotel! It doesn’t look impressive from the outside but it is clean and comfortable. The owners are very kind. I would definitely stay there again.

OK, but wouldn't stay again
The check-in was super easy, love that you can park right by your room. We had an OK stay, but the worse part was someone turned on a tv at like 10:30 PM and had it on until 1:30 AM, so we didn't get to sleep until after that time because the TV was so loud! Beds were OK, not super comfortable, but they were descent for the price ($80). The towels to use after showering are super small - would be nice if they were regular size bath towels. And there were only 2, also only 3 pillows on a queen size bed. Typical queen bed - 4 pillows on each bed.

Ugh!
I am on the road 26 weeks a year and stay in a lot of hotels. This was rated I think at eight stars even though it was very inexpensive. The carpeting was awful and the walls were disgusting. I think the sheets had been cleaned, but they were stained. The door had been broken into, and the casing had been cut out and replaced where they tried to replace the slide lock. Quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and I don’t say that lightly. Do not believe the high rating, it is a dump and Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have it listed in their offerings.

Had the staff change bed sheets as they were not changed evidenced by bodily fluid stains, dirty shower walls. I guess it is a cheap stay but come on try a little bit!

The staff was very attentive and concerned if we liked our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The facility is a little older and dated but nonetheless clean and that's what counts with us. It was certainly easy access - off and on.

This little motel was a very nice stay for the money. It is convenient to the highway and the staff is very friendly. It is a bit outdated, but it gets the job done while traveling on a budget. Would stay again

The doorframe entering the room was cracked all the way down and you could tell it had been broken into before. There was a replacement chain lock but it didn’t feel stable. There was hair all over the tub and the walls were filthy with who knows what but looked like gunk smeared on walls in places. My bar of soap was already torn open. The pillows provided were lumpy and flimsy. I called for more pillows but they wanted me to leave my room and come all the way up to the front of the property to get them. They placed me a woman traveling alone in the farthest building possible at the back of the property near the woods. There was all kind of noise all night outside my room. People talking, people driving by the building with loud music. The furniture was stained and worn down and I was scared to touch anything. I would not recommend this place at all! It was overall not a very good experience. If you want to get good rest in a comfortable, clean, quiet environment THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
