"We really enjoyed our stay in a Queen Suite. The fireplace provided a cozy ambience and there was lots of room to read and play cards. The coffee machine in the Lobby was much appreciated and the staff was helpful in arranging a taxi downtown. Our only suggestion would be to improve the pool. It was too cold and did not appear clean. We would stay here again."

"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. "The property is equidistant from the Festival and Avon theatres - less than 10 min walk in each direction. The hosts were quite accommodating of food allergies or aversions for breakfast. I will likely be going back. "
