Excellent front desk staff, very kind and friendly, but the condition of the rooms and bedding was very average. I loved that it had breakfast restaurant at the facility and mall, and dinning places were at walkable distances. Overall, it was an okay stay.

This hotel is undergoing a significant renovation that should have been included in the listing. Most facilities that undertake this level of renovation would close part or all of the facility during the renovation. My room had a slow shower drain, toilet that rocked back and forth, total lighting in the room to match a 100w lamp. There were two bath towels and a bathmat, no hand towels or wash cloths.

The hotel is currently being renovated without any notice during booking. The hallways were dirty with paint and cigarette butts on the carpet. Our room was missing a remote for the TV which took the front desk an hour to resolve. We will not be returning
