"An absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. An unexpectedly great find. More like a boutique hotel than guest house. Room was larger than expected and very well appointed. Facilities were excellent, breakfast was fantastic. Can’t recommend highly enough. "

"The young staff, most of them from the Stranraer area, could not have been friendlier, or prouder of their home town and surrounding area. At times there were signs that there were insufficient staff on duty, which caused delays at mealtimes and in the bar. The staff continued to do their very best; any resulting problems were due to this apparent lack of resources. "

"Very comfortable stay, shower takes a while to get going and there are some cobwebs in the room that could be addressed. Overall, no complaints. Breakfast great too."
