"Property is in complete disrepair. External trash bins completely full and overflowing. Pool was not appealing at all. 2 Throw pillows on the bed instead of standard size pillows. Carpeting so dingy, good thing I don't wear white socks as a habit. Blackout curtains are a joke. Bathroom: door knob loosely installed backwards. Existing shower curtain may as well not exist. Water leaked through and onto floor which explains the rust around the toilet base. Shower curtain rod likely being held up by...
