"Clean hotel room in a convenient location for us. The only downsides were the noise of the front door - not sure whose great idea it was to put a family room (206) directly above the main entrance and opposite the exit of the pub and the bed was rather hard - I compared it to the slab you would lay on for a Turkish massage but some might like that, I personally didn't. "

"Mark , his wife and team create a friendly atmosphere where nothing is too much of a problem. My only criticism would be the standard of the croissants and danish pastries. they never looked fresh and appetising, the croissants were very bready, I will let you off the fruit selection because the whole country suffers from that!!!"

"Travelled from Yorkshire en route to the New Forest, stayed one night. We had a comfortable nights stay, an amazing evening meal & a fantastic breakfast! We would love to return. "Fantastic cottage for our short break. Communication with owner and directions to the property were perfect. The cottage was spotless on arrival and the pool was even better than the photos. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door.
