"The property was very clean and was perfect for our group (middle-aged couple with our two adult children). The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the view from the living room. The train station and markets were a short walk through the quiet neighborhood. We interacted with several of the building neighbors whom were all very nice; one of which stopped to offer help regarding getting train tickets. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process; from questions prior to our stay, checking in, as well as after we departed. We highly recommend this property and will certainly stay again if our travels bring us back to Köln. "

"This place is pretty bare-bones. IT is in an industrial part of Koln. There is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity. You need a bus or car to go anywhere else or its a 20 min walk to go to the nearest Grocery store. It was really clean those although there is no refrigerator or microwave which i would heavily suggest that the hotel invest in. Good price though. If i do book again i would make sure to rent a car. Very secure and the cleaning staff is always cheery and nice."

"Room was basic. Next to motorway and generators so was loud 24/7 Then deliveries wouod come ealry morning and unload and make lots of noise. Widows were left open before arrival and room flooded due to heavy rain. No soap refilled in bathroom so didnt have any for duration of say, luckily brought my own. Air con on had hot air wouldnt change to cold. Ignored by reception staff when wanting to check in. Chef had to mention i was wanting to check in. Overall, disappointing and will not return when back on business, same goes for my collegues. More interested in the members playing golf."
