"Too much paperwork - not sure why everything (WiFi keys, invoice etc) needs to be printed out. Not enough vegan options on the menu or the mini bar. No possibility to switch of the TV as it was in 24/7 standby mode, which is not environmentally friendly."

"Nice, tidy hotel, good for business travellers who want to get in and out. The location is a bit out of the city so need to use trams if you’re a tourist, but this was only a 10 minute walk to the stop. Surrounding area is a little industrial but a McDonald’s and a Lidl mean you can survive. The TV in the room was mostly German speaking or didn’t work at all so this was disappointing.
