"C’est plus un appart qu’un condo. Des rénovations ont été faites mais il manque de finition. Le bâtiment extérieur manque bcp d’amour mais la partie jardin sur le bord du g de neuve est splendide. Il y a bcp de commodité pour cuisiner et le mobilier est approprié Le propane est fourni pour le BBQ Nous avons partagé nos observations aux personnes concernées pour les améliorations à faire. S’ils les font, ce sera vraiment un beau lieu avec une vue magnifique "

"The outdoor area by the river was a complete dump with overgrown grass and overflowing garbage bins. No wood for outdoor fire. Inside the condo looked promising but the AC was not working and the windows are permanently closed shut (fire hazard). Also, the outlet in the main bedroom had a burning smell when something was plugged in. (another fire hazard). Food garbage was under the couch.
