"I've stayed here several times now and every single time it has been clean, the staff are friendly and my room is great. Breakfast options are lovely, hot full English or fruit & yogurt, porridge or a waffle station. There's endless coffee, breakfast gets busy from 9am onwards so set your expectations. "

"The service at this hotel is top notch. From arrival outside to the front desk to the room to departure every aspect was premium service. The bell hops handled all of my luggage for me. Buffy at the front desk was a dream! The entire room service staff went above and beyond plus the food was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about what you pay for at this property. The only downside I would say is that I personally get hot easily and the bed would get SO hot throughout the night and the thermostat was either warm or hot not cool. Big deal. I opened a window! No downside to all the perks you get. "

"We booked a windowless room but was happily surprised with a window lol Room was clean, tidy and comfy perfect for a night away. Only downfall no kettle for a cuppa but wasn't an issue. Breakfast was also really good, hot food and continental breakfast. Quick walk from the train station and easy to find, staff were really helpful. Would definitely stay again. "
