"My first assigned room had mold in the bathroom, central heat was broken and an electric heater was in placed instead. I expressed my concerns and I was giving a different room with no issues. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, even separating our twin beds in the middle of the stay, as I was sharing with my son. The room service was very good, as my son indicated the burger and chips and sticky toffee pudding were excellent. The laundry service was affordable and fast, which was much appreciated. The only thing that was a bit peculiar was that the shower curtain would stick to your body as your showered, as it was too short. The shower would cause a bit of negative air pressure, which would cause the curtain to stick to you. Perhaps in future, the hotel would consider longer shower curtains. Anyhow, overall the stay was really nice, and the area surrounding it is quite lovely."
