"We have been to The Cotswolds many times, but this is the first time staying at the Prince of Burford. We were made very welcome from the beginning and was even offered a complimentary drink on arrival, which you don’t get in all hotels. Room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. "We stayed as a relatively young couple for our first trip to the Cotswolds. The inn was lovely and cosy, particularly with the fire in the pub area of the inn. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious, as was the food each morning for breakfast. The breakfast food was plentiful with enough options. Our room was warm and cosy. "The bar has an exceptionally friendly atmosphere and an open fire just like pubs used to have engendered to a large extent by the charismatic French landlord. The food was excellent, our room was clean and comfortable and whole atmosphere was superb. We'll be back!"

"Charming and lovely property and owners. Our room was so comfortable and elegant that I'm considering decorating one of our bedrooms to match. Tiny little touches like fresh cookies each day and returning to our room with soft music playing on the radio elevated the experience. I wish that we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely come back. We enjoyed the breakfast, what a great way to start the day! The tasting menu and service at dinner was exceptional. We will definitely be back!"

"Perfect stop off and quiet when windows closed. It is expected with heavy traffic route. The pub is lovely and cosy atmosphere. Great food thoroughly recommend the menu and a good warm pub meal."

"We stayed for 2 nights for a special birthday. The communications beforehand were informative and friendly. When we arrived the welcome was warm and the property was lovely. It was exactly as described as well as being clean and well equipped. The outside space was also excellent with a good sized, enclosed and safe garden.
