"Quirky, slightly chaotic DIY guest house converted from an Edwardian pub. Once we got used to the self-service breakfast in the communal dining room, we found it a really comfortable stay. "Stayed for one night in the Burford room, which was an accessible room, with lots of space and a walk in wet room. It was under floor heated and therefore whilst being spacious was also cosy. Beautiful crisp white linen and towels and a super cosy duvet. "We only stayed for a couple of nights but we found Danni and her family very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. "This was a lovely property to stay for a visit to the Christmas event to Blenheim Palace. Parking was on the street pottage which you can pay via Ringo. Unfortunately it was for a limited time and so you can't pay to leave it there all day. Nice breakfast, included in the price. Room was large, beds really comfortable and very quiet. Would stay again. "
